Launching HIT Soft Skill Training Center and 1st batch General Soft Skill Training

New history happens in PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. by officially launching HIT Soft Skill Training Center on 7 October 2009 done by President Director, Bp. Antonius Sumarlin. In his opening speech, Anton says that it is very important to have soft skill to get a balance in life. PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. wishes to have a reliable and capable seafarer in every field, not only having technical skill but also having capability in co-operations, communications, leadership and problem solving.
The launching executed at Lokasi Bina Taruna Cibubur attended by Board of Director PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. and its subsidiaries.
After launching ceremony, outbound as a kind of soft skill training proposed by Crewing Management Services is given to 33 seafarers of Asahi vessels. The facilitators and observers are from Crewing Management Services obtained the training at the first. The seafarers enthusiastically do the training. Communications, Leadership and Problem Solving are things to be emphasized mostly in this General Soft Skill Training.
