An Indonesian citizen, residing in Jakarta. Appointed as Director based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on December 12, 2024.

He earned a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics at Trisakti University (1990) and completed a Master of Business Administration (1993) and a Master of Computer Science (1995) at Southern New Hampshire University, USA.

In addition to his role at HITS, he currently serves as Commissioner at Patra Drilling Contractor (2024–present) and as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of RITZ Corpora Indonesia (2019–present). Previously, he held the position of Corporate Banking Director at Bank Muamalat Indonesia (2014–2018), Executive at Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. (2003–2014), and served at PT Maybank Indocorp (2002). He was also Deputy Country Head of Trade Structured Finance at PT Cargill Indonesia (2000–2002), Relationship Manager in the Credit & Marketing Division at Indonesia Exim Bank (1999–2000), Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Division at PT Bank PDFCI (merged with Bank Danamon) (1995–1999), and Assistant in the International Group Department at John Hancock Mutual Life, Boston, USA (1992–1993).
