One Day Seminar had been held on 23 March 2009 by Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd. at 5th floor Granadi Building (Crew Management Services Division). This seminar was launched by Humpuss Sea Transport Chief Operations Officer, Bagoes Krisnamoerti witnessed by Asbar Barrang, Sr. Manager Crew Management Services and attended by around 30 seafarers placed onboard Mitsui OSK Lines’ vessels whereas this placement is managed by Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi.

The speaker of this seminar was Capt. Kazuyuki Yamamoto assisted by Capt. Masahito Wada, both are from Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd LNG. The topics of the seminar are LNG Business (Projects) and Project Requirements, Company Policy HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Policy Incident Case Study, Risk Assessment-JHA : Job Hazard Analysis and HSSE Excellence.

After the seminar, all the participants had a dinner together and accompanied by Indonesian traditional dances and music at Sampan Bujana Sentra. All hopes that this will be done regularly due to it will not only broaden the horizon but also make the relations closer between MOL, HIT and the crew themselves.

The two days onward after the seminar, it had been done the employment examination to the crew rating deck & engine of MOL vessels managed by HIT.
