Enthusiasm to do Outbound on Ramadhan

Willingness to do more in achieving Safety, Quality and Reliability is the theme of Outbound done by Crewing Management Services (CMS) Division on 5 September 2009 at Cibubur. Even though it is done on Ramadhan, the participants visibly do the outbound until finish in enthusiasm. There are 17 participants of 20 persons in CMS attend this training plus 3 persons from Human Resources (HRD) and Management Information System (MIS). All participants could complete 4 kinds of challenges.

After having completed the Outbound, participants get a brief interesting lecture by President Director, Bp. Antonius Sumarlin of which everybody gets spirit and willingness to implement the best. It is continued by conveying insight lecturing and stories from Commissioner PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk., Bp. Hasan Machbub.

Outbound implemented by having good co-operations with Prasetiya Mulya Business School, is a kind of soft skill, will be routine agenda for training the crew. Therefore, CMS as a division having direct relations to the crew should obtain training as facilitator and observer of which will train others for the next.

When having reflection time, there are many problems in CMS can be discussed together. Wishing this such event can improve togetherness and change mind set to always have willingness to do more for the Corporate.
