Jakarta,- PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. (HITS) celebrated its 26th anniversary on December 2018 in Indonesia. The celebration was held by various events since October to November 2018. From social activity, sport competition, group discussion, and competition between employee and high enthusiasm from all employee.

 

The pick celebration was held in Malang with a various exciting activity, such as Gala Dinner with Hawaiian theme on Dec 15th-16th, 2018, along with another activity like tour Sunrise at Mt. Bromo.

 

On the stage of Gala Dinner, the employee was so excited and release their stress from work activity, entertained by various internal HITS group musician, flash mob, drama musical, and magic tricks.

 

Greeting videos and serial competition was played, various positive statement which sent by employee to committee was also played in the form of video. It was very inspiring and give good motivations to the company. In this anniversary celebration, employee was challanged to make a paper and presentation about VUCA conditions which faced by HITS, tested by HITS Management team which chaired by Prof. Roy Sembel to select best of three for the company to study and apply all of those in the future.

 

The Gala Dinner which was attended by HITS Directors and all Management from all Unit, became facility to gather all employee from HITS Group.

 

The event was opened by speech from HITS President Director, Budi Haryono who expressed his gratitude to all employees who participated in the HITS 26th anniversary celebration. Carrying out change in vision from Shipping Business to Distribution Energy Company, Budi said “with the spirit of togetherness, we increase competitiveness in the era of disruption, by continuing to provide the best for our stakeholders, in accordance with the motto of the Company The Reliable Partner”.

 

The Gala Dinner was officially marked by cutting tumpeng by the HITS President Director, accompanied by HITS Director, Taufik Agustono and also the Directors from all Business Units under the control of HITS. The tumpeng ceremony was given to the employees who first joined HITS, and found that there were employees who had joined since 1990, while HITS was still an LNG Division at PT Humpuss.

 

In addition to the entertainment stage activities and various competitions, HITS also conducted community social activities such as, Scholarship Programs to Outstanding Children of HITS Employees at elementary, middle and high school levels, bringing orphans to play together, and giving doantions to orphanages and blood donation.

 

In the middle of the excitement of HITS 26th Anniversary event, HITS Corporate Secretary, Okty Saptarini as the person in charge of the event, was grateful for the festive celebration and it went smoothly. Hopefully with the spirit of togetherness, the new vision of HITS can be carried out with all employees to increase competitiveness and produce the best service to HITS stakeholders. (osm)
